What are the system requirements? I registered for the event, how do I login? Why can’t I register for the event? I am very interested in the conference topics, but I cannot attend the live day. May I watch it later? I like to print the presentation materials and take notes. Can I do this? What call-in phone number do I use?
Q:	What are the system requirements?
A:	In order to use the full features of the MIP e-Symposium you will require Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Windows Media Player and a broadband internet connection. Please note that the platform does not currently support Firefox or Safari browsers. We suggest you test your system ahead of the event to ensure you can participate. Please note that if you are viewing from behind a corporate firewall you may need to ask your IT administrator whether streaming media is blocked. Test your system here
Q:	I registered for the event, how do I login?
A:	On the day of the live event, login approximately 10 minutes before the event start time. Be sure to use your MIP e-Symposium user id and password at http://mip.brighttalk.com. Your MIP e-Symposium user id and password is NOT the same as your MIP username and password.
Q:	Why can’t I register for the event?
A:	The first time you participate in an MIP e-Symposium, you will need to register at http://mip.brighttalk.com. The user id and password are specifically for the MIP e-Symposium. At this time it is NOT the same as your MIP username and password. Back to the top
Q:	I am very interested in the event topics, but I cannot attend the live day. May I watch it later?
A:	Yes, the entire program will be archived and available within 72 hours of the completion of the live presentation. You must register for the e-symposium in order to be able to download and view the archive. Please log into the site at http://mip.brighttalk.com and click the RECORDED EVENTS in the Menu options. You may earn 3 CPE’s by viewing the entire event and completing the quiz at the end of the presentation. Back to the top
Q:	I like to print the presentation materials and take notes. Can I do this?
A:	Yes. On the day of the event, a link will be activated on the player window allowing you to download the presentation. Back to the top
Q:	What call-in phone number do I use?
A:	A call-in number is not required for the MIP e-Symposium. The audio is streamed through your speakers, so make sure they're on when you log in. Back to the top
